Secured a “no bill” for a very serious felony charge. This was the best outcome we could have hoped for, and the absolute right outcome for this client. That’s what happens when you work hard!

DWI Second with a very high blood alcohol content. This case had to be skillfully negotiated and pled down to a DWI First which saved my client from doing any jail time.

DWI with rollover crash and BAC of .11% pled down to an obstruction with deferred adjudication probation.

Not guilty on a DWI First, no accident in Collin County

Not guilty on a DWI First, no accident, blood test of .10% (plus Mrs. Tucker won the ALR hearing so the client did not lose their driver’s license either).
